How to check the status of my order?

Once you place an order, and your order gets shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier, which will provide you  with a tracking number.

Do I need an account to order from the online shop?

You do not need an account to place an order; you can also do this as a guest. However, there are advantages to creating an account. For example, you won’t need to re-enter your contact details when placing an order next time.

How do I return my purchased items?

Contact Mikasa Europe for a return authorization code. The customer packs the item securely, includes the return authorization code, and any other required documentation and ship purchased items back to Mikasa.
